About Us

We are the Awake DBT team. We look forward to helping you reach your life goals. We are motivated to help you learn, build and integrate life skills that will improve the quality of your life. We have been told by several clients that in comparison to other programs our team is warm and approachable. We encourage and welcome participants to share and engage in treatment. We use humor at times, since life can be challenging and complex. We would love to meet you to see if we could be a good (or great) fit.
