Rachel Barreto, LCSW
Rachael is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. She has experience in both private and public mental health settings, where she has worked with people with a variety of life challenges and diagnoses in both outpatient and residential treatment programs. Most recently, Rachael has worked in program and staff development in a residential psychiatric treatment program.
Rachael is passionate about the mental health field and is constantly looking for ways to expand her clinical knowledge base. She strongly believes in the therapeutic partnership to effect positive change, provide empowerment, and assist her clients in enhancing their quality of life.
Rachael earned her Bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in criminal justice at California State University Bakersfield, and obtained her Master’s degree in Social Work from San Jose State University.
When not working, Rachael enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, crafts, action movies, and sleeping.
